- Open Account: Open accounts are granted on a net-10-days basis. This means payment must be made within 10 days of reciept of merchandise. Open Accounts are given only to those with a valid credit card that can be used as back-up payment if the account becomes delinquent. Accounts not paid in accordance with the net-10-days terms will be changed to credit card or COD only.
- C.O.D: When calling, please notify us that you would like your order sent C.O.D. All C.O.D. orders must be paid by either money order, cashiers check or by preprinted checks.
- Shipping & Handling: All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. With the exception of will-call, all shipping charges will be added to any order.
- California Sales Tax: Unless we have a copy of your resale permit on file, California Sales Tax will be added to any order, with the exception of out of state orders.
- All Merchandise Subject Prior to Sale: Due to the unstable prices on petroleum products, all prices are subject to change without notice.
- Quality: If there is a problem with the quality of our stock products, they may be returned for either replacement or credit within 30 days. There will be a 20% handling charge on the return of non-defective stock products. Custom orders are non-returnable.
